We offer a 30-day money back guarantee, as long as the item has not been installed on a vehicle and in the same condition when purchased.

If we have shipped a wheel that is different then what is stated in the listing and pictures, we will be responsible for all return shipping fees.

The easiest process for returns:

1. Contact us via direct message, email or phone with any concerns or issues with the wheel you received.
2. Begin a Return Request
3. You will be sent a return label via email
4. Ship the wheel and original invoice back to us in the original condition and packaging by dropping off at a local UPS or FedEx Facility.
5. The proper amount will be of refunded once we receive the wheel back in the normal condition.
6. We ask to help resolve any individual issues before you leave a negative review.

NON REFUNDABLE

Any wheel(s) that have been installed on a tire and/or vehicle. So please be sure the wheel is the correct one you ordered before installing.

Wheels that have been altered from the original state when purchased. Painted, chromed, etc.

– Before mounting tires to the wheels, be sure to check brake, hub, fender, and suspension.
– Mounted wheels are not eligible for returns
– Mount tires onto wheels only with equipment specifically designed for the job.
– Do not use equipment that will scrape, scratch or rasp the wheels.
– Not recommended: wheel /spacers. If installed, the purchaser assumes all responsibility and liability.
– Recommended: Use only self adhesive
tape weights when balancing.
– Recommended: The use of clip on style weights as they can damage the wheel finish.
– Always use the correct type of lug nuts.
– Always use the vehicle manufacturer’s recommended torque specifications when tightening lug nuts.
– Retorque the lug nuts after 75100 miles of driving.

Tire Pressure Monitoring Sensors (TPMS) – If your vehicle is equipped with a TPMS system you must (re)install the sensors into the wheels. Some
TPMS sensors require activation after installation. Refer to your owner’s manual for specifics.

MAINTENANCE
– Keep your wheels clean on a weekly basis is the best way to maintain their “like new” finish and luster.
– Never clean your wheels while they are hot.
– Water and a simple cleaning solution for your wheels.
– Applying a coat of nonabrasive
base auto wax after cleaning is all the protection your wheels should need.
