Q: What is an OEM Wheel?

A: OEM stands or Original Equipment Manufactured, meaning it was produced directly from the name brand vehicle.

Q: How do I find the right size for my wheel?

A: You can locate the size for your wheel/rim by looking at the tire and searching for a series of numbers. The wheel/rim size will begin with "R" and have a double-digit number after it. THAT is your wheel or rim size. Contact us if you have trouble locating.

Q: I am unsure of my wheel finish, how can I tell?

A: You can always send us a photo via email sales@oemwheelshop and we can help you find the proper match. 

Q: What is an Aftermarket & Replica wheel?

A: Aftermarket wheels are not manufactured specifically for the vehicle, instead they are designed to fit the vehicle to boost performance and appearance. Replica wheels are manufactured by a third party to look and drive exactly like an OEM wheel.  

Q: Do you provide installation? 

A: If you are local we do provide installation for an additional fee.

Q: Do you sell new & used wheels?

A: Yes, we carry a vast selection of new & used OEM wheels & rims.

Q: What is included in my purchase?

A: The single wheel or set of wheels you purchase ONLY. We do not include center caps, hubcaps, or TPMS sensors.

Q: Do you purchase wheels?

A: No, we sell OEM wheels and rims.

Q: Do you provide a warranty?

A: We do not offer any warranty BUT we do guarantee to provide accurate style, condition, and color on listing. 

Shipping:
Q: Who are your service providers?

A: We Ship with FedEx, UPS, and USPS

Q: How soon will my wheel or rim ship?

A: All orders placed during regular business hour ship same-day.

Q: How much do I have to pay for shipping?

A: Shipping cost depends on the weight of item + destination.

Q: Do you provide expedited shipping?

Q: Do you provide will-call or in-store pick-up?

A: Yes, if you are local you can request will-call. Please contact us for more details (714)408-7766.

Returns/Exchanges: 

Q: What if my wheel does not fit? 

A: We can send over a new wheel IF it has not been installed or altered in any way. We are not responsible for shipping cost if you made a mistake on size. 

Q: What do I do if my wheel/rim arrives damaged? 

A: Contact us right away sales@oemwheelshop.com or (714)408-7766. We will get the case sorted out as efficiently as possible. 

Q: I went past the return deadline, what do I do?

A: Once you pass the deadline we cannot return or exchange product.
